Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate Okuma CNC Mills. This role requires candidates to have their own tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and the ability to read blueprints.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Okuma CNC Mills.Perform machining operations with precision.Utilize hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts.Essential Skills2+ years of CNC Operation experience.1+ years of experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Proficiency in blueprint reading.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a set-up technician is a plus.Familiarity with the person CNC Mills is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment can be hot in the summer, but the facility is heated in the winter. The team consists of 100 employees. The standard shift is from 7 AM to 3:30/4 PM, Monday through Friday. The dress code includes jeans, long or short sleeve shirts, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Note that pre-employment will be ran upon conversion.

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
