**Job Title: Lathe Machinist** **Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist who will be responsible for programming, setting up machines, and running parts on a CNC lathe. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, ensuring that the correct materials are used and the job is executed accurately. All lathes in use are of the Mori Seiki brand.
**Responsibilities**
+ Program CNC lathes for various machining tasks.
+ Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
+ Select appropriate materials based on job requirements.
+ Ensure quality control and precision of machined parts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with CNC lathe programming and machining.
+ Proficiency in setting up machines for operation.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Mori Seiki lathe brands.
+ Familiarity with milling processes.

**Work Environment**
This position operates on a 2nd shift, with flexible start times. Work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days starting as early as 12 PM or as late as 4 PM, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
