**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with expertise in Lathe and Mill Turn machines. The ideal candidate will have strong setup skills, be proficient in using basic inspection tools, and be capable of working with and training operators. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC Lathe and Mill Turn machines efficiently. + Use basic inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met. + Train and support operators in machine operation. + Perform CNC setups and programming as needed. + Maintain reliability and consistency in work output. **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of machining experience. + Proficiency in CNC Lathe and Mill Turn operations. + Strong setup skills. + CNC programming knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bilingual abilities are a plus. + Experience in aerospace machining. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic aerospace machine shop where you will be part of a team that manufactures parts for industry-leading companies. The facility has 15 machines along with a debur and assembly department. Shifts are available from 7am to 3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm, with potential weekend work.
