Temp-to-Hire position$17.75 to $19.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Saturday from 03:15pm to 01:45am)Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and laser punch combo machinesSet up machines, load materials, and adjust operating parametersRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersMonitor cutting/punching processes and make adjustments for accuracy and efficiencyInspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenanceMaintain accurate production logs and quality documentationHandle material safely, including sheet metal and finished partsCNC Laser Punch Operator Qualifications:
Must have experience operating CNC laser cutters and/or laser punch combo machines Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and precision measurement toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift materials and stand for extended periodsPrior machine shop or metal fabrication experience strongly preferredStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independentlyWillingness to learn and adapt to new equipment or processesApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
