Job Description:

Responsible for operating computer-controlled laser machines to cut sheet metal components in accordance with customer specifications, work orders, and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities:

Loads sheet metal onto the laser cutting table and initiates the laser cutting process.Removes finished components from fixtures and inspects parts for accuracy, defects, and completeness of cuts.Performs assigned operator-level preventive maintenance tasks.Adjusts machine settings and parameters to ensure cut quality meets required specifications.Conducts part inspections in accordance with established inspection instructions.Follows production standards to meet or exceed run rates and productivity goals.
