Job Title: Laser Operator

Job Description

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating lasers to cut a variety of flat sheet alloys. This includes adjusting laser power and assist gas pressures. Experience with Trumpf lasers is a plus. A full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances as they relate to the finished part is required. Familiarity with CNC codes and programming is advantageous.

ResponsibilitiesSetup and operate laser machines to cut flat sheet alloys.Adjust laser power and assist gas pressures for optimal performance.Read and interpret technical prints and understand geometric tolerances.Ensure high-quality finished parts in accordance with specifications.Maintain and troubleshoot laser equipment as necessary.Essential SkillsProficiency in laser operation and sheet metal fabrication.Experience with laser cutting and CNC programming.Understanding of geometric tolerances and print reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Trumpf lasers is a plus.Knowledge of CNC codes and programming is advantageous.Experience in machine operation and sheet metal fabrication.Why Work Here?
