**CNC Grinding Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Grinding Technician to join our production floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing 1-2 set-ups per day, operating CNC grinding machines, and working across multiple industries including aerospace, automotive, and military sectors. The role involves using a variety of CNC grinding machines from brands such as Cincinnati, Nipon, Okamoto, Okuma, Kellenberger, Toyoda, Studer, and Sunnen. **Responsibilities** + Perform 1-2 set-ups per day on CNC grinding machines. + Operate various CNC grinding machines from multiple brands. + Adjust and edit programs based on production needs using Fanuc Controllers. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Balance grinding equipment as needed. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of CNC grinding experience. + Proficiency in adjusting and editing CNC programs (Fanuc Controllers). + Blueprint reading skills. + Balancing experience with grinding equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with OD grinder, ID/OD Grinder, and machine operation. + Knowledge of micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators. + Familiarity with CNC Operator/set-up procedures. + Candidates with 2-3 years of CNC experience interested in learning grinding are encouraged to apply. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values its employees and offers a supportive work environment.
