Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team. This role involves operating machinery, including loading and unloading, in a manufacturing environment. The position will begin with training on the first shift and transition to a third shift role. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a solid work history, and is eager to learn.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines effectively, ensuring precision in production.Load and unload machines efficiently.Maintain attention to detail in all operations.Use micrometers and calipers for measurements.Train on mills or lathes initially, then transition to grinding operations.Work collaboratively within the team to meet production goals.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in manufacturing as a machine operator.Proficiency in reading micrometers and calipers.Additional Skills & QualificationsCNC mill and lathe experience.Automated and manual grinding experience.Experience with Acme equipment is a bonus.Familiarity with Sheffield gauges, Cincinnati, and Norton machines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean and safe manufacturing environment with safety as the top priority. The role operates on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, primarily Monday to Thursday for first shift and Sunday night to Wednesday night for third shift. Flexibility is required to accommodate production demands. The facility runs 24/5 with occasional Saturday work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
