**Job Title: OD / ID Grinder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled OD / ID Grinder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC ID / OD grinding machinery and machining exotic metals such as inconel and titanium to tight tolerances. This role requires precision and attention to detail, ensuring that parts meet specified blueprints and quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC ID / OD grinding machinery. + Machine exotic metals (inconel, titanium) to tight tolerances (.0003"). + Read and interpret blueprints to take parts from print to finished parts. + Conduct first article inspections using precision measuring tools such as indicators, dial bore gauges, and plate inspection methods. + Maintain in-process records of work, including production and quality documentation. + Engage in continual process improvement and waste elimination practices through lean manufacturing. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience with ID/centerless grinding including setup and operation. + Proficiency in CNC Grinding and OD Grinding. + Ability to perform Set Ups and interpret technical blueprints. + ITAR facility compliance: must be a 'US Person'. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with continual process improvement and lean manufacturing. + Strong teamwork and safety orientation. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where innovation and precision are valued.
