**Job Title: CNC Drilling Operator** Job Description The CNC Drilling Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC drills and machines, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Responsibilities + Wear proper PPE at all times on the shop floor and follow all safety protocols. + Interpret blueprints for required specifications and dimensions. + Measure parts using various measuring tools such as tape measures, dial calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers. + Remove slag using grinders. + Operate overhead cranes daily to load machines with parts. + Cut supports to needed lengths using a hot saw. + Occasionally operate forklifts. + Perform other job responsibilities as assigned, including basic tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Experience with CNC lathe, CNC mill, and vertical lathe. + Knowledge of G code and Fanuc. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + At least 2 years of relevant experience. + 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Strong problem-solving capabilities. + Ability to understand and use G codes and M codes. + Ability to follow instructions. + Willingness to work overtime. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled facility on weekend night shifts from Friday to Sunday, plus two additional days. The shift hours are from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
