**CNC 5-Axis Milling Operator** Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts and tools. Key duties include: + Setting up and running CNC equipment to meet production goals. + Performing in-process inspections to ensure quality and safety standards. + Making program and setup adjustments; collaborating with Engineering on tooling and programming improvements. + Operating multiple machines and using manufacturing reporting systems. **Requirements:** + Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, and machining operations. + High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree preferred). + 2+ years of CNC milling experience; strong knowledge of G & M code. + Ability to read blueprints and process plans. + Strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams. + Willingness to work weekends or off-shifts as needed. **Physical Demands:** + Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and manual dexterity. + Occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, and reaching. **Additional details:** + Pay rate DOE $27- $32 + shift differential + 2nd and 3rd shifts If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
