We are seeking a highly skilled CNC 5‑Axis Mill Machinist to join our 2nd shift team. This role requires advanced programming, setup, and machining capabilities to support the production of complex, high‑precision components—many of which are used in aerospace applications. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art multi‑axis equipment and contribute to a fast‑paced, quality‑driven manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesProgram and set up CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.Perform tool setting and 5-axis machining.Read blueprints and interpret GD&T.Organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.Work with various materials including plastics.Produce aerospace products with tolerances less than .0005 inches.Select and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures.Develop and document reliable processes.Utilize advanced inspection skills including micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and CMM.Contribute positively to the teamwork environment, focusing on productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.Essential SkillsBlueprint readingMachine operatingExperience with Mazak, Haas Mill, Mazak Variaxis, Okuma MU4000/5000, Doosan DNM 5AX/DVFMazatrol or CAD/CAM knowledgeStrong computer skillsOrganizational skillsExperience with aerospace productsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform complex setups independentlyTool selection and work holding skillsProgramming in G-Code, Mazatrol, or MastercamExperience with multi-axis CNC machinesMore than 10 years of machining experience, preferably in aerospaceCNC Machining training or certificationExperience running CMM programsWhy Work Here?Enjoy working in a climate-controlled environment within a growing company that offers room for growth and employee appreciation events.
