College Park Caregiver (CNA, PCA, Caregiver)

Description of the Role
Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers with dementia care experience to provide respectful, hands-on care for clients in College Park. Clients may require moderate to maximum assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and comfortable providing higher-level support while maintaining dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Assist with all ADLs, including bathing (bed bath), grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Provide moderate to maximum hands-on assistance

Assist with range-of-motion exercises

Prepare simple meals

Perform light housekeeping

Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Communicate effectively with office staff regarding client needs and updates

Requirements

CNA, PCA, or caregiving experience, including dementia care

Ability to provide moderate to maximum physical assistance

Clear TB test results

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Compassion, patience, and professionalism
