This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems that are a part of, or relate to, the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role will manage performance metrics in accordance with business KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), and any associated reporting, and will be responsible for tracking data quality and integrity within the CMMS dashboard and reporting platform (Vantage), in collaboration with account D&T team. **What You’ll Do:** + Serve as primary point of contact (POC) across global account locations for all matters related to the CMMS platform. These may include issues, escalations, strategic initiatives, site launches and decommissions, and other projects. + Change procedures to solve complex problems. This includes considering factors like CMMS Platform capacity, limitations, operation time; form desired results. + Review business and user needs within the CMMS platform, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications. Build relationships with stakeholder groups to improve services and meet service levels. + Have full technical knowledge of most phases of systems evaluations. Consider the business implications of the application to current and future environments. + Use best practice processes around work assignments related to applications. This includes guiding project management efforts, reviewing the quality of output, and reviewing information on areas of improvement and implementing changes to increase user satisfaction within the CMMS platform. + Create communication plans for knowledge transfer between stakeholder groups. + Manage external product vendors’ performance and collaborate on future system enhancements. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of CMMS platform and broad knowledge of other applicable disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CMMS Software Manager position is $100,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
