CMMS Manager Job ID 248620 Posted 26-Nov-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data & Analytics Location(s) Atlanta - Georgia - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE CMMS Manager, you will be responsible for technical assistance, and the development of internal management systems. This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems. **What You’ll do:** + Global CMMS Management and Optimization: Drive efficiency and standardization within the Global Work Order Management System (Currently SI7), actively identifying and implementing process and system improvements across the portfolio. + System Migration Support: Support the migration of the account to the new CMMS system (IFM Hub), ensuring a smooth transition, data integrity, and compliance. + Data and Compliance Oversight: Conduct regular work order audits and support the IFM Data Enhancement program by identifying and implementing opportunities for improving data quality and consistency. + CMMS System Adoption & Support: Drive successful adoption of the core CMMS and all related applications (e.g., ADCT) through the development and delivery of global training materials and ongoing technical support to regional teams. + Conduct monthly meetings to review current processes, present system improvements, and host Q&A sessions + Technical Support and Metrics: Track key metrics to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and respond to and resolve technical and system issues, providing timely support. + Operational CMMS Support: Provide direct, hands-on operational support at strategic sites to ensure accurate data capture and efficient use of the CMMS in day-to-day maintenance workflows + Ensure that all supported systems are following established best practices, regulatory requirements, CAPP,and internal and external controls. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a CMMS/EAM system. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills.
