This role is responsible for servicing and administering the client’s day-to-day maintenance operations. The position supports the development of written and oral reports and presentations, the creation of standard work procedures and processes, and the administration of system development and modifications. Responsibilities include entering equipment asset and preventive maintenance data, as well as establishing preventive maintenance schedules for equipment. The role requires close collaboration with both maintenance and project staff on commissioning activities, preparing abstracts, and generating related reports for facility management.Job Description
About the Role:
Coordinate meetings between facilities maintenance and engineering teams; provide administrative and documentation support to both property and client teams.
Maintain and update data in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including asset records, preventive maintenance tasks, spare parts listings, and user access. Develop standard work procedures, supervise workflow processes for work orders, maintenance stores, and purchasing, and ensure consistent system usage and training.
Prepare KPI reports, track storeroom repair/return items, maintain process improvement metrics, and generate CMMS reports for management.
Ensure data integrity, monitor equipment specifications, link technical documents to asset records, and manage accurate equipment turnover and change-out records.
About You:
