**Job Title: CMM Programmer/Inspector**
Job Description
+ We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Inspector who will be responsible for programming and performing CMM inspections for Receiving, In-process, and Final Inspection of products.
+ This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing CMM programs for legacy products, conducting First Article and In-Process Inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to address quality concerns.
Responsibilities
+ Program and perform CMM inspections for Receiving, In-process, and Final Inspection of products.
+ Maintain and enhance existing CMM programs for legacy products.
+ Conduct First Article and In-Process Inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
+ Populate and maintain inspection records, including First Article Inspections, as per work instructions or aerospace standards.
+ Inspect parts using handheld M&TE (Measurement & Test Equipment) and visual inspection techniques.
+ Accept or reject parts based on established quality plans and specifications.
+ Process parts both physically and electronically, generating NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) for discrepant parts.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions, as well as root cause analysis for quality issues.
+ Serve as a key liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to address quality concerns and requirements from First Article and In-Process Inspections.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in CMM programming and inspection techniques.
+ Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
+ Experience with CNC programming and Mastercam.
+ Knowledge of GD&T and PC-DMIS.
+ Familiarity with Quality Inspection methods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as a CMM Programmer or Quality Inspector.
+ Knowledge of M&TE (Measurement & Test Equipment).

Job Type & Location
+ This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
