**Job Title: CMM Programmer** Job Description We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer proficient in PCDMIS or CALYPSO to join our quality assurance team. This role involves conducting first article inspections, receiving inspections, and final inspections of airplane parts, ensuring the highest standards are met. Responsibilities + Perform 1st article inspection of airplane parts. + Conduct receiving inspection and incoming inspection. + Carry out final inspection using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauge blocks. + Interpret and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. + Read and understand blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Essential Skills + 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector and CMM Programmer. + Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. + Experience with GD&T, micrometers, calipers, and gauge blocks. + Basic computer skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + CMM programming experience is advantageous, but training will be provided if necessary. + Basic shop math skills. + Ability to understand and interpret symbols.
