Our client, a leading manufacturer in the precision engineering sector, is seeking a CMM Programmer to join their team. As a CMM Programmer, you will be part of the Inspection Department supporting quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** CMM Programmer
**Location:** Ontario, CA
**Pay Range:** $30.00 per hour
**Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Analyze dimensional data against part models to determine part conformity.
+ Utilize customer specifications, drawings, and CAD models to prepare CMM programs for inspection.
+ Validate programs for accuracy and completion for legacy parts and new products.
+ Develop LEAN inspection procedures to maximize efficiency.
+ Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with all requirements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent knowledge of blueprints, GD&T, and tooling parts.
+ Experience programming CMMs using VERISURF software.
+ 3-5 years of experience operating and programming CMMs.
+ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and verify program accuracy.
+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
