🎯 CMM Programmer – Precision Inspection Specialist

Are you detail-driven and passionate about precision? We’re hiring a CMM Program Manager to join our new product launch team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our machined parts meet exact customer specifications through advanced inspection programming and dimensional analysis.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMISPerform detailed dimensional inspections and full layout reportsInterpret complex blueprints, control plans, and technical documentationUse micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision toolsCollaborate with engineering to support product revisions and process improvements🧠 What You Bring:Hands-on experience with CMM programming(PC-DMIS required)Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology principlesFamiliarity with C++, CNC, Mastercam, and embedded softwareAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and machining processesFormal training in CMM programming and dimensional inspection💼 Perks & Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability coveragePaid time off and union-supported work environmentA collaborative culture focused on quality, precision, and innovation
