Job DescriptionLead all operational aspects across both hotels, ensuring excellence in daily performance, employee management, and guest satisfaction.Provide strategic direction to all departments, fostering a contemporary lifestyle‑luxury service culture while maximizing operational efficiency.Ensure full compliance with operating controls, SOPs, corporate policies, and service standards.Prepare, present, and deliver the annual Operating Budget and the Sales & Marketing Plan for both properties.Oversee P&L performance, ensuring profitability and achieving or exceeding revenue, operational, and guest satisfaction targets.Partner closely with Sales & Marketing teams on corporate client relations, new business acquisition, and market positioning strategies.Supervise complex, experience‑driven F&B operations with a strong emphasis on creativity, commercial performance, and guest engagement.Collaborate closely with senior F&B leadership, who jointly oversee all F&B teams across both hotels.Ensure alignment with the company's lifestyle‑oriented identity, emphasizing design, social energy, and experiential luxury rather than traditional hospitality models.Guarantee elevated guest experiences through attention to interior design, use of social and communal spaces, music programming, events, and local community integration.Lead and develop large multidisciplinary teams across both locations.Lead all pre‑opening planning for the one of the properties; training, SOP development, service design, and overall operational readiness.Ensure seamless integration of the new property into the wider operational cluster structure.Liaise with property ownership through the appropriate corporate channels.Collaborate closely with senior executives, the F&B division, and corporate functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.The Successful ApplicantA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.5-7+ years of hotel management experience, including at least 3 years in senior leadership; luxury and lifestyle experience strongly preferred.Proven track record managing complex operations, multi‑property environments, or large‑scale teams.Strong F&B leadership, commercial acumen, and solid experience with P&L, budgeting, openings, or repositioning.Fluency in Spanish and English.Knowledge of Barcelona market is a plus.Ability to drive a lifestyle‑luxury service culture where design, experience, and social atmosphere are key.Comfortable leading experience‑driven F&B concepts and collaborating with senior F&B leadership.Commercially minded: networking, partnerships, sales focus, and market presence.Capable of balancing strategic vision with operational depth across two differentiated properties.
