**Description:**
The Cluster Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading and executing the overall revenue strategy for **Grand Hyatt Seoul and Grand Hyatt Incheon** , maximizing total hotel profitability through data-driven pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution strategies.
This role provides senior strategic leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and all revenue-generating departments, working closely with the General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Ownership, and Hyatt regional and corporate teams. The position plays a critical role in Business Optimization Meetings and represents Revenue Management in owner-facing forums.
**Revenue Strategy & Performance**
+ Develop, implement, and continuously refine **cluster-wide revenue strategies** to maximize RevPAR, RGI, total revenue, and profitability.
+ Lead pricing, inventory, and demand strategies across all segments (Transient, Group, Wholesale, Contract).
+ Ensure dynamic pricing strategies are effectively deployed and adjusted based on market conditions.
+ Oversee forecasting accuracy (daily, monthly, annual) and budgeting processes in line with Hyatt standards.
+ Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic pivots.
**Business Optimization & Stakeholder Leadership**
+ Actively **lead and participate in Business Optimization Meetings** , ensuring clear insights, actions, and accountability.
+ Prepare and present revenue performance, strategy, and forecasts to **hotel ownership and senior leadership** .
+ Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to General Managers and Commercial Leadership.
+ Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Operations to align commercial strategies.
**Distribution & Systems Management**
+ Ensure optimal use and governance of Hyatt revenue systems and tools (e.g. PrO, Opera, Reserve, Envision, BI platforms).
+ Oversee channel management strategy, ensuring alignment with Hyatt Distribution standards and driving direct bookings.
+ Manage relationships with OTAs, Global Contact Centers, and key distribution partners.
+ Ensure data integrity, system discipline, and best-practice adoption across both hotels.
**Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with Directors of Sales & Marketing to develop group pricing strategies throughout the full sales cycle.
+ Support account strategy, segmentation, and total revenue optimization for key corporate and group business.
+ Work with Convention Services and Space Management teams to optimize meeting space utilization and total revenue contribution.
+ Support Marketing and E-Commerce alignment with customer segmentation and demand patterns.
**People Leadership & Talent Development**
+ Lead, coach, and develop high-performing Revenue Management and Reservations teams across both properties.
+ Drive a strong revenue culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
+ Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning for revenue teams.
+ Champion Hyatt’s People Philosophy, Values, and Culture Characteristics.
+ Ensure high engagement scores and retention of key revenue talent.
**Governance & Compliance**
+ Ensure compliance with all Hyatt, hotel, and local policies related to revenue, pricing, contracts, and data integrity.
+ Ensure all revenue-related reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.
+ Maintain strong professional relationships with industry peers and market competitors.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum **8–10 years of progressive Revenue Management experience** in luxury or upper-upscale hotels.
+ Prior **Director of Revenue Management** experience required; **multi-property or cluster experience strongly preferred** .
+ Strong understanding of total hotel revenue optimization (Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events).
+ Proven experience working with ownership groups and senior leadership.
+ Advanced analytical, forecasting, and strategic thinking capabilities.
+ Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency with Hyatt revenue systems and BI tools preferred.
+ Fluent in English; Korean language capability strongly preferred.
