US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. Responsibilities but not limited to:
Designs and defines architectures for future-state IT capabilities and servicesWork with stakeholders to facilitate alignment of business strategies, operational processes, and IT strategies related to future-state architecture changesLeverage enterprise methodologies and DoW standardsUtilize data to develop architecture models, visualizations, and analyses to clearly articulate the current and future needsAnalyzes customer needs and provides guidance on industry trends and opportunities.Identifying and documenting architectural requirements supporting future Enterprise needs, including goals, approach, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and desired end state for each milestoneResearch and propose products, systems, and solutions that meet functional and technical requirements or recommendationsResponsible for developing high level system design diagramsEvaluates analytically and systematically problems with workflows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective actions.Prepare assessments, point papers, briefings, and executive presentations to contribute architectural support documents for leadership.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
