The role
Job Summary
The ISS Cloud Services Sales Leader for NORAM is responsible for spearheading the sales revenue growth of ISS cloud offerings across the NORAM region. This role serves as the business leader for US Cloud relationships, focusing on expanding the ISS services portfolio and ensuring the delivery of Microsoft premium support. The position demands a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and the ability to generate meaningful customer journeys that drive innovation, savings, and increased productivity for clients and partners.
Role & Responsibilities
Drive ISS cloud services sales revenue growth throughout the region, meeting and exceeding NORAM established revenue targets. Manage and strengthen US Cloud customer and partner relationships to foster long-term business growth and increase lead generation for ISS services. Develop and execute strategies for expanding the ISS service portfolio, identifying new opportunities and aligning offerings with market needs. Oversee the delivery and promotion of Microsoft premium support services as a key differentiator for ISS solutions, while building a business case for alternative Support providers. Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative customer journeys that enhance satisfaction, generate savings, and boost productivity. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Achieve sales revenue growth targets for ISS cloud services in NORAM. Demonstrable impact on customer and partner outcomes, including measurable savings and productivity improvements. Enhanced engagement and satisfaction scores from customers utilizing Microsoft premium support. Generation of new leads and successful conversion rates for ISS services.
Organizational Alignment
This position has a matrix based reporting structure, reporting directly to the Regional Services Leader day to day, with dotted line reporting to Regional Sales Leader. The role requires consistent and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams. Initially the role will be an individual contributor, building an organization over time. One the financial justification warrants, the ISS Lead will manage a team of ISS staff.

Significant proven experience in cloud services Support sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the North American market. Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions, including premium support offerings. Experience building a support services model that includes mentoring a high-performing team of outstanding talent Exceptional relationship management skills with a history of building and sustaining strategic partnerships. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute portfolio expansion strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
