Our client, a leader in cloud solutions, is seeking a Cloud Solutions Support Specialist to join their team. As a Cloud Solutions Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting Azure and M365 services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Cloud Solutions Support Specialist**
**Remote, PST Hours**
**18 Month Contract**
**Pay Range:** $45-$48/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide technical assistance to users regarding software and hardware operations.
+ Handle incoming customer support calls and manage tier 3 escalations.
+ Conduct technical troubleshooting and research to resolve issues.
+ Collaborate with team members and delivery partners on various projects.
+ Maintain records of daily transactions and remedial actions taken.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Service within technology.
+ Minimum 4+ years of experience with Azure or M365 skillset.
+ Technical competence with Microsoft BackOffice Technologies.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
