Cloud Solution Engineer
**Job Description** **_Skills:_** + _Ability to work with a Sales Team and establish C-level relationships with clients, supporting in forecasting and C-Level meetings_ + _Ability in Develop and promote business with commercial Teams_ + _Experience with Containers, Serverless Architectures, AI; and DevOps methodologies_ + _Experience in Oracle Databases, Exadata, Golden Gate, Mysql and PostgreSql are a differential._ + _Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable_ + _Strong technical acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills._ + _Strong Communication, Presentation, and speaking skills._ + _Strong Data Center, Infrastructure, and IT Operations Exposure_ + _Fluency in English is required - Spanish is a differential (written and spoken)_ + _Mentor junior staff and contribute to community knowledge-sharing through documentation and presentations_ + _Stay current with emerging trends in cloud technology, helping influence product direction and customer adoption_ + _Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience_ **_Main Actitities:_** + _Be a Technical Advisor and Focal Point for the Customers_ + _Driving customers through the Oracle Cloud Usage & Best Practices_ + _Help customers in identify Technical Improvements and Adoption_ + _Closely working with Sales Team promoting new Leads and Opportunities_ + _Customer Centric, behavior like owner_ + _Support customer in troubleshoot (different scenarios)_ + _Lead critical Situations_ + _Communication: Tech and Executive C-Level_ + _Meetings and Cadence with clients_ + _Must have customer service aptitude and maintain customer focus_ + _Strong technical acumen, communication and interpersonal skills_ + _Strong Communication, Presentation, and speaking skills_ + _Strong Data Center, Infrastructure, and IT Operations Exposure_ + _Fluency in English is required - Spanish is a differential (written and spoken)_ + _Strong Team Work_ Career Level - IC3 **About Us** As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
