As a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, within Cloud Foundational Services Marketplace (Infrastructure Platforms), you are an essential part of a curious and inspiring agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver Public Cloud products to application development teams across the entire firm. You’ll work with modern automation tools to enable Infrastructure as Code approaches on Public Cloud platforms. You’ll understand, develop and apply cyber controls on Public Cloud ensuring usage aligns with firm wide cyber policies. As a Software Engineer you are in the middle of the most complex problem areas driving out solutions as part of the team.

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experienceExperience in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform on Public Cloud (AWS ,Azure, GCP)Experience of developing and testing using automation frameworksProficiency in one or more programming languages (Go, Python, Java)Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
