This is an on-site role. **Industry: IT Company** **Title: Cloud Network Engineer** **Location: Vienna, VA** **Duration: 6** **months** **Shift: M-F : 8 Am - 5 PM** **Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Design, implement, and support cloud network infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and on-premise systems.** + **Collaborate with the client’s cloud infrastructure team to develop secure, scalable network topologies.** + **Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity and latency issues across hybrid cloud environments.** + **Support secure data transmission between cloud platforms and legacy mainframe systems.** + **Document network architectures and maintain operational procedures.** + **Ensure best practices are followed around cloud integration, particularly with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).** **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on cloud infrastructure.** + **Proven experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).** + **Deep understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers).** + **Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex hybrid environments.** + **Familiarity with data flows between Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and legacy mainframes.** + **Experience in regulated or high-security environments is a plus.** + **Excellent communication and documentation skills.** **Preferred Qualifications:** + **Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure Networking, Cisco).** + **Experience in financial services, particularly core banking platforms.** + **Prior experience supporting large-scale cloud migration programs.** ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
