In this role, you will drive operational improvements for hardware repair activities within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) by identifying, measuring, and championing initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborates closely with Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) and partner teams to streamline processes and optimize communication. Mentors regional technical leads and leverages key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable and sustained enhancements across OCI’s global repair operations. Actively challenges established processes to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
