Job Description A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Cloud Experience Software Engineer to build and enhance custom applications on Salesforce Experience Cloud. This is a pure software engineering role using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has a strong development background, solves complex problems, and clearly communicates what they’re building and why. Skills and Requirements - 3–5+ years as a software engineer with a strong development foundation - Proven experience building on Salesforce Experience Cloud - Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Experience in an Agile development environment (sprint-based delivery) - Ability to clearly articulate the what, why, and value of past work - Experience with highly customized Salesforce implementations - Background in financial services or financial systems - Familiarity with the end-to-end project lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration
