About the Closing Coordinator Role

Your expertise will orchestrate the final steps of the lending process by coordinating documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities

Meticulous Document Review & Coordination: Examine mortgage files meticulously, prepare closing documents, and collaborate with legal professionals for review to ensure accuracy and completeness.End-to-End Mortgage Closing Management: Oversee all phases of the mortgage closing process, ensuring all final conditions are satisfied for a smooth settlement.Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Guarantee that all mortgage files adhere to federal, state, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.Title Verification & Due Diligence: Confirm and verify title statuses for residential properties, safeguarding against potential issues.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide exceptional support to internal teams, clients, and external partners, guiding them seamlessly through the mortgage process.Physical Closing & Finalization: Conduct in-person closings with professionalism, ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or equivalentExperience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, WordCapable of working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.Fluent in English; bilingual a plusAccess to reliable transportation 

 

Preferred

Advanced education (Associate’s degree or higher) in relevant fields.Prior experience in mortgage lending, real estate, or closing coordination.

Schedule

Full-time position; Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Physical Demands:

Primarily sedentary role involving standard office activities such as computer work, phone communication, and document handling.
