Job Summary: 

As a Loan Origination Specialist within Wholesale Loan Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the post approval activities with Credit Risk Officers/Bankers and other areas to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client’s expectations.

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loansCollect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational riskReview and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policiesCoordinate flow of post approval tasks from mandate to booking

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 

Strong oral and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial loan products and documentation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

College degree or equivalent work experience
