ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role sits in the Closeup Global Brand Development team and will primarily focus on creating the vision for Closeup. Specifically, the successful candidate will be uplifting the proposition and product design, refreshing the communications, and collaborating with teams on-ground to ensure the vision is executed brilliantly, with scope to work on Closeup’s best-selling core freshness portfolio. This role reports to the Global Brand Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES


You will be part of the global team and will collaborate with teams from key markets such as India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, etc. to work on content, mix improvement, and innovations for the core Closeup portfolio.

Create the vision for the Closeup core freshness portfolio, uplifting the proposition and product design

Refresh the brand communications, creating new content and Brand Experience Toolkits as well as collaborating with teams on-ground to ensure the engagement plan is executed brilliantly

Partner with CMI, R&D, and local rollout teams to land mix improvements and innovations.

Collaborate with agency-based creative design and comms teams to create unmissable pack designs and content

Manage overall innovation performance and specific strategic actions for key markets

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Relevant experiences and positive track record in consumer marketing across markets, especially Southeast Asia i.e., Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines.

Experience in keeping best-sellers up-to-date, recruiting new users year in and year out.

Experience in leading a cross-functional teams, navigating through complexity with speed & agility.

A collaborative working style, especially with country business teams, agencies, and across functions.

Proven track record of distilling consumer insights and bringing in the consumer voice into the crafting work.

Proven track record of leading and inspiring creative work, particularly creating social content and digital advertising, as well as packaging/product design.

Working knowledge of consumer goods business operations and levers of growth in Personal Care or at least Consumer Packaged Goods categories.
