CLM Administrator
**Job Title** CLM Administrator **Job Description Summary** We are seeking a CLM Administrator to own day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and user enablement of our enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Leah. This role sits in Legal Operations and partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. **Job Description** + Administer and manage CLM software components, including access and user permissions. + Perform upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshoot issues. + Coordinate UAT, releases, and hyper-care. + Partner with IT on integrations and security. + Build and deliver training materials that support on-going adoptions of CLM platform. + Ensures training content remains accurate and up to date with system enhancements, and tailored to different personas and business super users. + Support on going data integrity, governance, and compliance. + Support of the super user network, CLM intake form, and SharePoint site. + Ensure contracts are moving along adequately in the process. + Working hands-on with end users of CLM. Competencies: + 2+ years administering an enterprise CLM (e.g., Leah, Ironclad, Agiloft, Docusign) + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Basic understanding of legal and contracting terms. + Strong communication and documentation skills. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Team player who is results-oriented and self-motivated. + AI skills. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
