The PositionClinical Trials Assistant
Are you looking to break into the pharmaceutical industry and play a vital role in bringing life-saving treatments to patients? We are looking for two motivated Clinical Trials Assistants to join our team in Warsaw.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Clinical Operations team, ensuring our studies run smoothly from start to finish.
The Opportunity:
Facilitate kick-off and team meetings organization, room reservations, and expert presentation support.
Manage \"Wet Ink\" signature cycles between PDG and research centers, ensuring full administrative compliance.
Drive the collection of critical start-up documents and provide direct administrative support to research teams.
Oversee the verification and transfer of paper documents to the final archive repositories
Execute orders and payments in internal systems, manage specific contracts timelines/budgets, and provide final invoice approval for all PDG study costs.
Coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical equipment and patient materials (tablets, devices).
Direct courier services, patient taxi coordination, and office-based shipment receipts.
Provide agile, ad hoc assistance for ongoing studies as requested by the Study Managers.
Who you are:
Recent graduate in Administration, Law, or Medical Studies, ready to pivot from theory to high-energy professional practice.
Fluent English (B2) with a talent for professional writing and collaborating in multicultural settings.
Advanced MS Excel skills and a natural knack for quickly mastering new technologies.
A highly motivated collaborator dedicated to contributing to team success.
Previous experience in a similar role is a definite plus, though we prioritize potential and the right attitude.
