Job Title: Clinical Trial Manager

Job Description

The Clinical Trial Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinical Operations Team with the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials across all phases. This position involves direct liaison with cross-functional teams, investigational sites, CROs, and other ancillary vendors, ensuring effective trial management. The role requires adherence to study timelines, regulatory compliance, and GCP requirements, along with oversight of trials, proactive issue resolution, and meticulous records management.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials across all phases.Liaise with cross-functional teams, investigational sites, CROs, and other ancillary vendors.Ensure adherence to study timelines and compliance with regulatory and GCP requirements.Oversee trial operations and proactively resolve issues.Track and log study progress, ensuring high-quality records management.Assist with the review and coordination of clinical study plans in compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and study timelines.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a life science or healthcare-related field.Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) or Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) role in the biopharmaceutical industry.Experience with cloud-based systems, clinical trial management software platforms, and TMF management systems.Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and clinical research regulations and clinical trial processes.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Oncology/solid tumor experience strongly preferred.Experience in a small biotech or startup environment is advantageous.Familiarity with project management and vendor management.

Work Environment

The position is fully remote initially, transitioning to a hybrid role once office operations are established. The company is expanding its US operations and plans to move into an office space in Boston by summer 2026. Candidates should be local to Massachusetts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
