**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As our Clinical Tech, you will provide essential direct and indirect patient care support, significantly contributing to smooth clinical operations and a safe environment. Working under direct supervision, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience and care delivery. Every day you will perform clinical support tasks specific to your area, such as assisting with ADLs and vital signs, setting up surgical instruments, or collecting lab specimens. You will maintain equipment, stock supplies, and ensure patient comfort and safety, communicating effectively within the healthcare team. To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma and relevant certifications (e.g., CNA, BLS), along with a strong desire to contribute to patient care. Your excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting will be vital. + Job Functions: Clinical Technician + Demonstrates competency in performing crutch fitting based on size. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy. + Demonstrates successful application of arm sling for both adult and pediatric patients. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy. + Demonstrates competency in therapeutically bandaging arms, legs with ace bandages. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy. + Demonstrates competency in performance, ordering and documentation of EKG's. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy. + Demonstrates competency in the procedure of phlebotomy according to hospital standards.
