Clinical Lead
Salary Range: $100,000
The START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) model serves people diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. This comprehensive model of service supports and optimizes independence, treatment, and community living for individuals with I/DD and behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative supervision to START Coordinators and daily clinical triage support.Maintain linkages and relationships with community partners.Ensure the coordination of support meetings and crisis plans for individuals served through START.Share on-call responsibilities to ensure 24/7 response to crisis situations within one hour of a call telephonically and within 24 hours of a call face-to-face.Participate in recurring meetings with START leadership, clinical team, and In

Development of cross-systems crisis plans, intake/assessments, intervention and outcomes, and any other applicable documentation of services provided.Maintain a small, active caseload (about 5 cases) until START Coordinator
Certification is achieved.
Following certification, team leader caseload should be fluid and temporary to provide the opportunity to support START Coordinators when needed.
Requirements:
MA in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other Human
Service field
At least 2 years of experience working with I/DD populationExperience working with individuals with I/DD and mental health and/or challenging behavior needs preferredOne year supervisory experience is preferredPrior experience as a START Coordinator preferred or the ability to become certified within 12 monthsBilingual Spanish/Vietnamese a plusDriver’s license required
