Visit www.wellspect.com and www.dentsplysirona.com for more information. **Clinical Team Administrator** Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office-based healthcare services. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks **Role and responsibilities** + Maintain accurate and confidential patient and staff records in line with data protection regulations. + Access NHS emails and upload referrals. + Allocate referrals to clinical team. + Support the coordination of clinical meetings + Communicate with HCP’s to obtain Client information if needed (phone, emails…) + Monitor and order samples for the Clinical team. + May need to support in other administrative tasks to support business needs **Profile requested** + Proven administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Strong organisational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + High level of discretion and confidentiality. Desirable: + Experience working in a clinical or NHS environment. + Familiarity with electronic patient record systems. + Knowledge of medical terminology.
