OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Patient & Digital Experience Domain Architect to join our Clinical Systems Domain Architecture team. This highly visible role is responsible for shaping and advancing the digital front door and end-to-end patient experience across Sentara. The Architect will partner closely with executive, clinical, operational, and technical leaders to design and drive a cohesive, patient-centered technology strategy that improves access, engagement, and experience.
This role focuses on thoughtful architectural design across scheduling, registration, referrals, authorizations, communications, and digital engagement tools - ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
About the RoleThe Patient & Digital Experience Domain Architect supports enterprise architecture strategy by designing and governing domain-level architecture and driving the long-term technology roadmap for patient-facing and digital experience platforms. The role provides architectural leadership and solution guidance, helping ensure digital experiences reduce friction, improve access, and create a consistent experience for patients across all channels.
