Are you a passionate mental health professional looking to make a real difference? On behalf of our client, FlexStaff is seeking a Licensed LCSW or BCBA professional to lead and inspire our team of Behavioral Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Specialists across Manhattan.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of services delivered to our residents, guiding staff, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
+ Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff to deliver exceptional care.
+ Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
+ Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions to foster growth and excellence.
+ Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams, ensuring seamless communication.
+ Oversee documentation such as Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans to meet OPWDD standards.
+ Conduct site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in applying Functional Behavioral Assessments.
+ Advocate for the Minimum Effective Dose of Medications and support staff in modifying support plans as needed.
+ Collaborate with the Training and QA departments to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
Qualifications:
+ Must be a licensed LCSW or BCBA with a Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
+ At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
+ Experienced in leadership, supervision, or program management.
+ Flexible and willing to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
+ Committed to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.
