Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Salary Range: $69,742 - $116,251

Overview 

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence. 

Education 

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Required) 

Certification/Licensure 

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI  within 90 days of hire (Required) One of the following licenses is required: Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR  Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) 

Experience 

2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required) 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
