Clinical Supervisor – LCSW or BCBA

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff to deliver exceptional care. Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices. Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions to foster growth and excellence. Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams, ensuring seamless communication. Oversee documentation such as Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans to meet OPWDD standards. Conduct site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in applying Functional Behavioral Assessments. Advocate for the Minimum Effective Dose of Medications and support staff in modifying support plans as needed. Collaborate with the Training and QA departments to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.

 

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed LCSW or BCBA with a Master's degree in Psychology or related field. At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experienced in leadership, supervision, or program management. Flexible and willing to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnights. Committed to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.
