**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Every day, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, strong knowledge of community resources, and proven crisis management abilities, fostering positive change and client empowerment. **Job Requirements** + Masters Degree from a School of SocialWork accredited by the Council of SocialWork Education. + At least two (2) years of clinical and/or medical social work experience. + Licensed Clinical Social Worker: CA. + Excellent customer service and presentation skills are a must. + Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential. + Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively. + Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. **Where You'll Work** Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 384-bed not-for-profit Level 2 Trauma Center located in Carmichael California.
