Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse
Job Description
Collaborate with attending physicians and principal investigators to identify appropriate clinical trials for conduct and recruit eligible patients. Work in conjunction with Cancer Center nursing staff to provide nursing care to patients receiving therapy on a clinical research trial.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and recruit eligible patients for clinical trials in collaboration with attending physicians and principal investigators.
+ Provide nursing care to patients participating in clinical research trials in coordination with Cancer Center nursing staff.
+ Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in clinical research and oncology.
+ Familiarity with clinical trial processes.
+ Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
+ Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in nursing is preferred.
+ Strong regulatory knowledge related to clinical research.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite at Exeter Hospital for 2 days per week, with an opportunity to work remotely for 2 days per week. The role involves a 32-hour work week, spread over 4 days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The hospital is located in a beautiful area on the sea coast, just 10 miles from the ocean. The cancer center is brand new, with final construction expected to be completed in February 2026.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
