Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and manage diagnostic breast imaging studies. The role involves preparing and processing all Institutional Review Board (IRB) documents and coordinating essential documentation required by sponsors or CROs. This position ensures the accurate reporting of adverse events in compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.
Responsibilities
Coordinate diagnostic breast imaging studies.Prepare and process initial submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews through the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and other regulatory bodies.Organize and maintain all documentation required by sponsors or CROs, including case report forms, source documentation, study and regulatory binders, and subject binders.Ensure proper reporting of serious and non-serious adverse events to the Sponsor and all applicable institutional or study-related committees and personnel, such as the IRB, DSMC, DSMB/Medical Monitor.Essential Skills
Bachelor of Science degree.2 to 3 years of clinical research experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience with clinical trials required.Proficiency in clinical research, data management, patient recruitment, and enrollment.Experience with chart review, data entry, and screening.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with on-site work required. Our mission is to provide advanced breast imaging technology for precise detection and diagnosis of breast diseases. The work environment supports high-quality interventional breast procedures, including stereotactic, ultrasound-guided, and MRI-guided biopsies.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
