Join a dynamic Emergency Medicine research unit as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) supporting a variety of clinical research studies in an emergency room setting. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, patient‑facing position for someone passionate about clinical research and comfortable working directly with patients.
The team has successfully launched and executed numerous clinical research studies and enrolled 2,000+ patients across various therapeutic areas. As part of this group, you’ll contribute directly to impactful clinical research in an acute care environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, screen, and consent study participants in the Emergency DepartmentPerform high‑quality data entry and maintain study documentationIndependently assess eligibility criteria for ongoing studiesConduct chart reviews and extract relevant clinical informationWork collaboratively with PIs, project managers, coordinators, and clinical staffSupport outpatient research activities originating from the EREnsure compliance with study protocols, IRB standards, and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Experience
Coordinators are trained to perform full‑cycle research coordination (A–Z)—excluding budgeting—across a wide variety of therapeutic areas.
You’ll receive hands‑on training, including a full teach‑back process, to ensure preparedness and confidence on the floor.
Study assignments vary based on the acuity of each project, offering exposure to both acute and outpatient research workflows.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
