Job Title: Research Coordinator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Research Coordinator, where you will coordinate clinical trials in accordance with FDA and GCP guidelines. You will play a crucial role in scheduling patient visits and maintaining high-quality data entry in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. Collaborate closely with the marketing coordinator for effective subject recruitment, and input visit data into the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for accurate tracking of patient visits and procedures.
Responsibilities
Coordinate trials per FDA and GCP guidelines.Schedule patient visits and manage trial data in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system, ensuring quality control.Collaborate with the marketing coordinator for subject recruitment.Input visit data into the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to track patient visits and completed procedures.Process required lab specimens, label vials, and accurately complete requisitions for storage and shipment according to study protocol.Prepare and maintain research study files, and compile, collate, and submit study information within established deadlines.Required Skills & Experience

BS/BA in life sciences, biology, or educational equivalent, and/or relevant work experience in a clinical environment or medical setting.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.Basic knowledge of medical terminology.Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications like Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to quickly learn industry-specific software and experience with social media platforms and interoffice software.Work Environment
This position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where you will be a part of a best-in-class clinical research site contributing to the development of new medications. The work involves trials related to Crohn's, Lupus, and Dermatitis.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44/hr.
