Clinical Quality Management Consultant
Position Summary

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You’ll Do

Provide support for efforts associated with clinical quality management (CQM) policy and oversight.Support policy and oversight efforts for CQM programs, which include patient safety, healthcare risk management, credentialing and privileging, accreditation and compliance, clinical measurement, and clinical quality improvement.Support policy and oversight efforts associated with medical ethics and graduate medical education.Manage and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.Support the development and support of the client strategy.Communicate and conduct regular check-ins, supporting project management, anticipating client needs, and proposing solutions.Develop summaries, information papers, and reports, as necessary.Perform policy and literature reviews associated with CQM, CQM-related programs, health care, and health care delivery.Collaborate with subject matter experts (e.g., provider and specialists) to develop formal memorandums, policy guidance, reports, and responses to inquiries for leadership and legislative representatives (e.g., Reports to Congress), media outlets, and other organizations.Perform data analysis, identifying trends, developing graphs/charts, and summarizing results, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of experience with health strategy and CQM related programs2+ years of health policy experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Travel up to 25% 

Preferred: 

Active Secret ClearanceMasters or PhDPrevious federal consulting experience in health related agencies Excellent written communication skills
