Clinical PeriOp Implementation and Training Specialist
**CTG is seeking to fill a Clinical PeriOp Implementation and Training Specialist position for our client.** **Location:** Remote (significant travel required; primarily East Coast and Central U.S.) **Duration:** 9 months **Duties:** + Assist with configuration of new perioperative software solutions + Develop and deliver training plans, class agendas, virtual presentations, and supporting training materials + Review application configuration with clinical and operational stakeholders + Provide on-site, instructor-led training in classroom and one-on-one mentoring environments + Support customer Go-Live activities with on-site guidance and troubleshooting + Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients, existing customers, and internal teams + Complete and submit required on-site certification documentation + Submit training reports, monthly expense reports, and timekeeping accurately and on schedule + Collaborate with the Product Training Coordinator to schedule on-site and remote training within contracted timelines **Skills:** + Strong client-facing and presentation skills + Ability to assess perioperative workflows and recommend effective process improvements + Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities + Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Ability to quickly learn and support new clinical software applications + Fluency in perioperative clinical and technical terminology **Experience:** + Minimum of 3+ years of perioperative (Operating Room) clinical experience + 3+ years of clinical software or EMR/EHR implementation experience + Hands-on experience implementing systems in a hospital or clinical environment + Preferred: Prior VA implementation experience + Preferred: E-learning or instructional design experience + Preferred: Cerner experience **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree required + Active RN or LPN license required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
